A Practical Guide to Collaborative Care

One of our greatest strengths as therapists is knowing that we don’t have to do this work alone. As our clients’ needs and circumstances become increasingly complex, thoughtful collaboration amongst the therapists can play an important role in providing effective, coordinated care.

Kathryn and Ronda will explore collaborative care as a practical clinical process—one that can strengthen clinical effectiveness, support continuity of care, and provide clients with more comprehensive support.

During this course, we will:

  • Explore why collaborative care matters and how it can enhance clinical effectiveness, continuity of care, and client support.
  • Identify clinical circumstances that may indicate when collaboration with another provider could be beneficial or necessary.
  • Build confidence and practical skills for discussing collaborative care with clients and coordinating communication with other professionals.

Whether you’re an experienced clinician or newer to the field, this conversation will offer practical ideas you can bring directly into your clinical work.

We hope you’ll join us for a thoughtful, practical conversation about building collaborative relationships that strengthen the care we provide.
